Individual therapy offers space to deepen your relationship with yourself. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, prenatal or postpartum mental health, relationship challenges, or trauma, our work centers on increasing emotional coherence within your inner world.

We begin by tuning into your nervous system — what feels activated, what feels guarded, and what feels ready for attention. From there, our work unfolds at a pace that supports both insight and integration.

I welcome clients navigating birth, loss, major life transitions, or spiritual thresholds. Perinatal support and psychedelic integration can be thoughtfully incorporated into therapy when relevant to your process.

These elements are never imposed and are always guided by your needs and readiness.

FAQs

  • Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

    80-minute sessions are also available—especially supportive for couples moving through heightened distress or complex dynamics.

  • My full fee for couples is $260/50 min session and $220/50 mins for individuals. Longer sessions are prorated at the above fees.

    I do offer sliding scale spots for clients in need. Please reach out to discuss details.

  • Weekly sessions on the same day/time are typical. Additional sessions can often be arranged.

    Meeting less frequently may or may not be recommended depending on your situation.

  • I’m not in-network, but I can provide a Statement of Fees Paid (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
