Welcome in.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support is a powerful step. Finding the right therapist - someone you feel safe with - is essential. My hope is that what you read here helps you sense whether we might be a good fit.

I'm queer, neurodiverse, gender fluid, and a lifelong student of the plants and their medicine. I love to sing and play in the sea, forest, and mountains. I live on Coastal Miwok land in Mill Valley, CA, with my children, my beloved, and our cats. My ancestral roots trace back to Eastern and Northern Europe.

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by lived experience as much as by training. Like many, I lost myself in long seasons of darkness and confusion. It was through contemplative practice, time in nature, and deep listening facilitated by master plants that I found my way back to myself - and, humbly, to this work.

Today, I strive to live with presence, curiosity, and reverence for relationship with our human and greater than human kin. I feel grateful to support others in doing the same.

I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. I’m also a certified Holistic Birth Doula through The Matrona. My clinical and healing background includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychosynthesis, Hakomi, Sand Play, Dreamwork, DBT, Ecopsychology, and plant-taught ceremonial healing in the Song of Sophia shamanic lineage.
